Kyle Redman
Hello, I'm Kyle Redman. I work on deliberative democracy from most angles: I design and run citizens' assemblies, research how they work, help build the shared infrastructure and capacity the field depends on, and make the case for them to politicians and governments.
I'm the Executive Director of The newDemocracy Foundation. I'm also the Democracy Lead at the AI & Democracy Foundation. I'm based in Sydney.
I've designed and managed more than 30 assemblies in Australia and abroad, including in Brazil, Malawi, Ukraine and Spain. I work with researchers on ways to improve these processes, and coordinate the building and testing of new tools for deliberation.
